There is an inner beauty in us that has appeared so many times in our lives. It is nothing new.
But sometimes the magic is hard to see. Especially when we feel anxious or stressed, uninspired or hurt others.
The five keys open up the heart from different angles based on an ancient Tibetan technique. We will discuss and experience these five ways to discover genuine kindness and insight, strength and creativity.
