For the third year in a row, Rangjung Yeshe Sangha Sweden has the great pleasure to host a residential retreat with Erik Pema Kunsang at Brommagården outside of Stockholm.

A meditation retreat on training in Yoga of Nonduality.

About the retreat in Erik's own words:

Something for you

The retreat is suitable for you if you are a curious beginner, and also if you have previous experience of vajrayana buddhism and meditation, as long as you have an open mind and a genuine wish to learn and explore yourself and the buddhist teachings.

The retreat and public talk are held in English. Erik also speaks Danish.

About Erik Pema Kunsang

In 2010, Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche appointed Erik with the task of teaching the Dharma. During meditation retreats Erik emphasizes the discovery of a simple and natural presence to help people to know their mind and the freedom it brings. This simple way of being allows for unfolding the noble qualities of compassion, love and insight.

Erik Pema Kunsang

To be free and natural in every situation, at ease with others and by oneself, can be our living experience. It does sometimes happen by itself, but not necessarily at will. We can learn how to be independent of moods and circumstances. The three samadhis are ways to deal with our most basic state of being.

We will explore and use combinations of two styles: Padmasambhava’s traditional tantric methods and the key instructions I received from my teacher Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. We begin with dualistic mind and continue, leaving the experience open for the yoga of nonduality.

I invite you warmly to become familiar with the tantric methods to discover our true identity.

Registration and payment

Price: 800 - 2300, depending on lodging option, see details and ticket purchase at Tickster.

The ticket price only covers our costs for food, lodging, travels and rent - not payment to the teacher. In this way we try to keep down the price of the teachings to make it possible to participate for as many as possible.

Donation to the teacher

You give your payment/donation for the teachings personally to the teacher in an envelope at the end of the teaching. This is your opportunity to adjust the amount of your payment depending on your financial situation. As a benchmark figure for the donation we suggest 800 kronor. If your financial situation is good feel free to give more, and if your economy is weak, you can give a smaller amount.
